Young people often struggle to find their dream job. 1 in 2 of all UK graduates follow a career path that does not relate to their degree, and 2 in every 3 people aged 18 to 34 years are most likely to want a career change. It seems as though their aspirations changed from the ones they had at school. So what’s going wrong? Are we failing to properly showcase jobs to our students during their school years?
